We offer almost all of our services on a fixed-fee basis, for the following reasons:


1. We reduce our clients’ financial risk: By conducting our services on a fixed-fee basis, we transfer the inherent risks associated in managing technology away from our clients to us. Therefore, our clients can easily budget their technology service expenditures.


2. We increase our own motivation to get things right: Because we assume all the risk, we are naturally motivated to ensure that our clients’ technology is secure, reliable, and stable. We are motivated to take a proactive approach to technology rather than a reactive approach.


3. We reduce our clients’ wasted time and energy: Since services are offered on a fixed-fee basis, there is no wasted time reviewing hourly invoices, disputing charges, or worrying about how much services might cost.


Our People
Our people are the core of who we are. They are simply different. We do not call our service people “techs.” They are not robots. They are people and they are professional people. They are professional people who serve our clients well. Therefore, we call them “consultants,” as they are expected not only to possess the knowledge to handle technical issues, but to provide a high level of service to the clients.


Since our clients expect so much of us, and we expect so much of our consultants, we approach our people in a slightly different manner than other companies might.


1. Hiring: We hire only those individuals who possess BOTH the professional traits and technology skills required to be a KPInterface employee. This is a very rigorous exercise, in which candidates may have up to four to five interviews before being offered a position.


2. Goal Setting: We ensure that our employees not only understand their job responsibilities, but also set high goals for themselves which will help them to become better professionals and better people, and thereby provide better services to our clients.


3. Training: We offer various types of formal and informal training to ensure that our people possess the knowledge and skills required to execute their responsibilities in the most effective manner possible.
